Asia Oil Company Limited is an independent company registered in Kurdistan/Iraq, owned by Soran M. Amin and Fadhil M. Amin. The company specializes in lubricants production, blending with additives, and packaging facilities, established to serve the growing lubricants market in Kurdistan and throughout Iraq. Its integrated group spans six facilities: Asia Oil Factory No. 1 (est. March 2001, 15,000 tons/year of gas oil, hydraulic oil and engine oils SAE 30/40/50), Asia Oil Factory No. 2 (est. May 2004, a modern 60,000 tons/year facility adding SAE 20W50, quality controlled to ASTM standards), the Asia Oil Refinery (20,000 tons/year of base oil using Thermo Pac technology with the TWFF process, processing 200 tons/day), the Asia Drum Factory (300,000 metal drums/year on an automated PLC-controlled line), the Asia Plastic Factory (plastic gallons in various sizes plus water bottling), and the Asia Grease Factory (6,000 tons/year).
