Overview
Asia Company for the Production of Bitumen, Base Oils, and Empty Drums is one of the most advanced factories in the region, located on 46,000 m² in the Tangro area, southeast of Sulaymaniyah Governorate. The factory has a daily bitumen production capacity of 1,000 tons, a 3,000 barrel-per-day drum factory, two oxidation towers with a capacity of 150 tons to improve product quality, and a state-of-the-art laboratory with four loading stations. Asia Bitumen can store more than 20,000 tons of liquid bitumen, exported daily to Europe, Africa, Turkey, the UAE, India, and China. Its products span several quality grades: for roads, heavy goods transportation and airports; for road construction and repair; for moderate climates; for road maintenance; and for extremely hot regions. Asia Bitumen actively participates in local, regional and global industrial markets as one of the sector's leading brands, focused on efficiency, quality, and its users' needs.
